Amidst the crisis that we are facing due to COVID-19, Serviced Apartments Melbourne-Teri is very grateful for the trust our guests have given us, so we want to give you updates on how we are ensuring your safety.

Coronavirus has been giving fear and chaos not only in Melbourne City, but in all parts of the world. Despite the challenges, Serviced Apartments Melbourne-Teri still continues to provide accommodation in the city, and is still getting reservations from people who want to do a self-isolation or people who are stranded in Melbourne. Our way of giving back to the trust our guests have given us is making sure that everyone’s stay is comfortable and that all of our guests are having that peace of mind. We think that providing a fully furnished unit with very affordable rate is not enough, so we have added 24/7 security personnel-this way our guests will have a great sleep at night knowing that they are safe from bad people that may take advantage of the bad situation.

In terms of health and cleanliness, we have heightened our cleaning standards. Cleaners are wearing masks and gloves, and to adhere to the stage 4 lockdown guidelines implemented in the city, we no longer access apartments with in-house guests unless really needed. We however are making sure that our guests’ requests are addressed as we have standby onsite staff and hotline with very friendly customer service people. Our staff are undergoing daily check making sure that they are free from COVID-19 symptoms before entering the building.  We can guarantee that we follow healthy standard measures required by the World Health Organization and the city government of Melbourne.
