What time is check-in, check-out?

Check in is at 2pm and check out is at 10am. Early or late check in/Out can be requested by contacting us before you arrival.

How do I collect apartment keys?

Check in is at 2pm. However if you requested a different time, during working hours of 2pm-8pm, let us know your estimated arrival time a day in advance.

If not call 1800 941 000 30mins prior to your arrival and we will check you into your room personally.

If requested check in is outside operating hours contact us before your arrival and we will text you the key safe details.

Is car parking available?

Yes, contact us when you have made your booking and let us know if you require a space, as it is first come first served basis. There is a surcharge of $30 a day.

How do I pay for my booking?

Please refer to the policy page for full information. We will require payment 14 days prior to your arrival. If paying in cash we will require full payment at your arrival.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Standard cancellation notice of 14 days prior to arrival is required, in order to avoid a no show charge of 1oo% stay + taxes. (Excluding Special Event period/Promotional Rates)
